Signage maker secures new funding

A Birmingham company that specialises in signage and wide format printing has secured funding to purchase new machinery.

Hollywood Monster, which is based in Tyseley, received the funding from Barclays to purchase a second HS125 super-wide printing machine which will allow the company to meet current demand.

The business was formed in 2009 when two companies Hollywood Signs and Monster Digital joined forces. It currently turns over in excess of £8m per year.

Finance director Mike Nock said: “The purchase of a second HS125 machine not only helps support our continued growth, but also gives us increased resilience and the flexibility to react very quickly.
