CHILI publish welcomes Flora Nkuranga-Gaju into the fold as its new VP of Customer Success


CHILI publish, developer of market-leading software for smart artwork and marketing material creation, announces the appointment of Flora Nkuranga-Gaju as its VP of Customer Success. Flora brings with her over a decade of experience in delivering outstanding service levels in sales and customer-centric roles across a wide variety of industry verticals. She will map out and implement a Customer Success strategy that will spur revenue increase, stimulate market expansion, and drive business growth.
Overseeing global customer relationships

In line with the CHILI publish community-focused strategy, Flora will be overseeing the onboarding, nurturing and enhancement of customer relationships. She will also be leading the initiative to develop important partnerships across the customer’s journey with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D and Operations). This to accelerate the transformation of her newly established global function to drive results in customer growth and retention.
