Adobe Named a Leader in Customer Analytics by Independent Research Firm

Adobe (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced it was recognized as a leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Customer Analytics Technologies, Q2 2020” report.

In the report, Forrester evaluates vendors that provide a comprehensive customer analytics solution for multiple user personas. This consists of DIY (“do-it-yourself”) analytical functionality for data scientist users to build custom models, and DIFM (“do-it-for-me”) functionality, which delivers outputs directly to business users. Adobe was one of 11 vendors evaluated, against 36 criteria in categories of current offering, strategy, and market presence.
